Equality and accessibility
The recruitment follows a strict non‑discrimination policy with equal access for all candidates, regardless of gender, nationality, beliefs or disability.
The Faculty offers appropriate infrastructure and individual support for students with special needs, including through the Academic Support Centre.
Purpose of data collection
The project team is required to collect participants’ data in the NAWA IT system and to include it in the Participant Monitoring Report (PMR). The data entered by participants in the NAWA form replaces paper declarations and constitutes the original project documentation.
Registering an account in the NAWA system
To join the project, participants must first create an account in the NAWA system at programs.nawa.gov.plregister, providing their first name, surname, email address and password.
Completing the participant form
After logging into the system, the participant should complete the Participant form in tabs 2 to 7, in accordance with the current NAWA template. The information in tab 1 is used solely to identify the project and is necessary, amongst other things, for participation in the NAWA survey indicated in tab 7.
• In tab 2, the participant should select the correct name of the institution recruiting for the project from the POL-on list (e.g. University of Łódź). Selecting the correct institution is a prerequisite for the participant to be correctly assigned to the project.
• Tab 7 contains a link to a voluntary survey as part of a study conducted by NAWA; participation in this survey is not mandatory for project participants. Participation in the survey does not affect the ability to benefit from project activities.
Once all required fields have been completed, the participant clicks the ‘Submit’ button to send the form via the system. Submitting the form via the system using an individual account is equivalent to submitting the original documents to NAWA.
Submission of the form to the project team
The programme beneficiary does not have direct access to the forms submitted by participants via the NAWA system. For this reason, participants are required to download the submitted form and email it to the project team, together with the submission confirmation generated by the system. The project team verifies the accuracy of the data submitted by participants on the basis of the forms and submission confirmations received.
